2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
To taste Salt & Black Pepper
1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Step 1: Prep the Ribs by patting them dry and removing the silver ski
- Step 2: Apply the Rub by mixing brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and rubbing it on the ribs
- Step 3: Arrange in the Basket without overcrowding
- Step 4: The Initial Cook at 375°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway
- Step 5: Sauce and Finish with BBQ sauce for another 5-7 minutes
