Description

These crunchy Air Fryer Banana Chips make the perfect healthy snack for crisp autumn afternoons when you crave something sweet yet nutritious.


Ingredients

3–4 Large Bananas
1–2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamo


Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into uniform rounds about 1/8 inch thick
  2. Toss the banana slices with lemon juice in a large mixing bowl
  3. Drizzle melted coconut oil over the banana slices and toss to coat
  4. Sprinkle sea salt and ground cinnamon over the mixture and toss agai
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C)
  6. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket
  7. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through
  8. Once golden brown and firm, remove chips and let cool on a wire rack

Notes

Use a mandoline slicer for uniform thickness.

Make sure to cool completely before storing to retain crispness.
