Ingredients
6 units Large Eggs
1/4 cup Whole Milk or Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Bell Peppers (diced)
1/2 cup Fresh Spinach (chopped)
1/4 cup Cooked Bacon or Ham
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C)
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until frothy
- Stir in chopped spinach, diced bell peppers, and cooked meat
- Grease silicone molds and pour the egg mixture into them, filling about 3/4 full
- Sprinkle cheese on top of each mold
- Place molds in air fryer and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, checking at 10 minutes for doneness
- Let sit for 2 to 3 minutes before removing from molds

Use silicone molds for easy removal.
Sauté high-moisture vegetables before adding to the egg mixture.
