Ingredients
1.5 lbs Sirloin or Ribeye Steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 bunch Fresh Asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted for the final toss
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme or Rosemary
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
Fresh Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the meat dry with paper towels and cut the steak into uniform 1-inch cubes
- Wash the asparagus, snap off the woody ends, and cut into 2-inch pieces
- Drizzle olive oil over the steak and asparagus, then sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes
- Place the steak and asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking halfway through
- Check for preferred doneness, remove, and toss with melted butter and garnish with parsley before serving
