Description

Beef Stroganoff Ravioli is a creamy, savory dish that combines the classic flavors of Beef Stroganoff with cheese-filled ravioli. It's easy to prepare in one pan, making it perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale

20 oz Cheese Ravioli (Fresh or Frozen)
1 lb Ground Beef or Sirloin Strips
8 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms (Sliced)
1 Medium Yellow Onion (Diced)
3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1.5 cups Beef Broth
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the ravioli according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and brown it, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Once browned, remove from the pan and set aside
  3. Add butter to the skillet and then add the diced onions and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until onions are translucent and mushrooms are golden, about 5 to 7 minutes
  4. Stir in minced garlic for 30 seconds. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir for 1 minute
  5. Slowly pour in the beef broth while stirring constantly to thicken the sauce. Add Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard, then bring to a gentle simmer
  6. Turn the heat to low, add the browned beef back into the skillet, and stir in sour cream until the sauce is a pale brown color
  7. Gently fold in cooked ravioli and let sit for 2 minutes to absorb flavors. Adjust sauce thickness with pasta water if needed. Season with salt and black pepper to taste

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free ravioli and flour.
