Description

A fun and delicious way to enjoy fresh seafood, juicy sausage, and tasty vegetables cooked together in one pot.


Ingredients

  • Jumbo shrimp
  • Crab
  • Andouille sausage
  • Potatoes
  • Eggs
  • Corn on the cob
  • Cajun spices
  • Aromatics
  • Garlic butter

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, fill with water and add Cajun spices and aromatics. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and cook until fork-tender.
  3. Add the andouille sausage and corn, cooking until corn is tender.
  4. Stir in the shrimp and eggs, cooking until shrimp are pink and eggs are hard-boiled.
  5. Drain the seafood and vegetables, then place in a serving tray.
