Description
Big Mac Salad Spring Rolls are a deconstructed burger that combines classic flavors into a crunchy, handheld dish. They provide the taste of a Big Mac with the freshness of a salad, all wrapped up in a crispy exterior.
Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef (80/20)
12–15 sheets Spring Roll Wrappers
6–8 slices American Cheese
1/2 cup Dill Pickles (chopped)
1/2 small Yellow Onion (finely diced)
1 cup Shredded Lettuce
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Special Sauce (Mayo/Relish/Mustard) for dipping
1 Egg + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned
- Drain the Fat: Spoon out the excess fat
- Season and Mix: Stir in diced onions with the residual heat
- Prepare the Filling: Mix the beef with pickles and cheese, keeping lettuce aside
- Set Up Your Station: Lay a wrapper, keeping others covered
- The Rolling Process: Fill the wrapper and roll it tightly
- Cook to Perfection: Fry or air fry until golden brow
- Garnish: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving
Notes
Make sure the filling isn't too wet to avoid soggy rolls.
Do not overfill the wrappers to prevent bursting during cooking.
