Description

This Chicken Spaghetti with Ranch Seasoning and Turkey Bacon is the ultimate comfort food dish, combining creamy flavors with a crunchy texture from the turkey bacon. It's easy to prepare and perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings with friends.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb Spaghetti
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
8–10 slices Turkey Baco
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 (10.5 oz) can Cream of Chicken Soup (condensed)
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 (1 oz) packet Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix
1.5 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (divided)
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside
  2. Step 2: While the spaghetti cooks, place the turkey bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until crispy. Remove the bacon, crumble it, and set aside. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the bacon fat in the skillet
  3. Step 3: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add olive oil to the skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked through. Remove from the skillet, let it rest, then shred or dice the chicke
  4. Step 4: In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-5 minutes until softened. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute
  5. Step 5: Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, and dry ranch seasoning mix. Whisk until smooth and heated through
  6. Step 6: Add the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, and about 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the sauce. Stir gently until everything is coated
  7. Step 7: Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly
  8. Step 8: Garnish with fresh parsley and crumbled turkey bacon before serving

Notes
