Description

A delicious sandwich combining tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 pieces sandwich buns or rolls
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken breasts to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
  3. In a separate skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and chop into pieces.
  4. Add the chopped bacon to the skillet with the cooked chicken. Pour in the ranch dressing and mix until well combined.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by layering shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on a bun, spooning the chicken mixture on top, and closing with the other half of the bun.
  6. Repeat with remaining buns and mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in ranch dressing for an hour before cooking. Use turkey bacon for a healthier option.
