Crispy Air Fryer Ravioli with Marinara is an easy and delicious recipe that transforms refrigerated ravioli into a crunchy, cheesy appetizer perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
1 package (approx. 9-12 oz) Refrigerated Ravioli
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 units Large Eggs
1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 cup Marinara Sauce (for dipping)
As needed Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Set up the dredging station with three shallow bowls: flour in the first, whisked eggs in the second, and a mixture of Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in the third
- Dip a ravioli in flour, shake off the excess, coat in the egg wash, then press into the breadcrumb mixture. Set on a plate and repeat until all are coated
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about three minutes. Spray the basket with cooking oil
- Place the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the basket and lightly spray the tops with cooking oil. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, flip, spray the other side, and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until golden brow
- Warm marinara sauce and serve immediately with the crispy ravioli

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results.
