Description

A rich and comforting Garlic Steak & Three-Cheese Tortellini that brings warmth and joy, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

lbs Sirloin Steak or Ribeye, cut into 1-inch cubes
tsp Salt
/2 tsp Black Pepper
cloves Garlic, minced
tbsp Olive Oil
tbsp Unsalted Butter
oz Three-Cheese Tortellini (fresh or frozen)
cups Heavy Cream
/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
cups Baby Spinach (optional)
tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, sear steak cubes until browned, then set aside
  3. Reduce heat, add remaining olive oil and butter, and sauté garlic until fragrant
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and bring to a gentle simmer, then add Parmesan until melted and sauce thickens
  5. Cook the tortellini according to package directions, then drai
  6. Combine cooked tortellini with sauce and fold in seared steak and spinach if using
  7. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving

Notes

For a lighter sauce, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
