Description

This High-Protein Creamy Beef Pasta is a quick and delicious solution for busy weeknight dinners, packed with flavor and nutrition.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb Ground Beef
12–16 oz Pasta
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium Onio
3–4 cloves Garlic
2 cups Beef Broth
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep the pasta by boiling a large pot of salted water. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat
  3. Sauté chopped onion in the same skillet until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and tomato paste, cooking for another minute
  4. Pour in the beef broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently
  5. Reduce heat to low, add softened cream cheese and stir until melted. Mix in grated Parmesan until fully combined
  6. Add the drained pasta and toss until fully coated with the sauce. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed. Serve garnished with parsley

Notes

You can substitute ground beef with turkey or a plant-based option for a lighter version.

Feel free to add vegetables like spinach, bell peppers, or mushrooms for added nutrition.
