Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef (80/20)
1 small Yellow Onio
2 cloves Garlic
1 packet (1 oz) Taco Seasoning
1/4 cup Water
8–10 Flour Tortillas (10-inch)
2 cups Shredded Cheese Blend (Monterey Jack, Cheddar, or Mexican blend)
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil or Butter
Instructions
- Brown the Ground Beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, then drain excess fat
- Sauté diced Yellow Onion and minced Garlic in the skillet for 4 minutes until soft, then combine with beef
- Stir in Taco Seasoning and Water, allowing it to simmer for 2-3 minutes
- Assemble Quesadillas with cheese and beef filling on tortillas, fold in half
- Cook the Quesadillas in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brow
- Slice and serve warm with your favorite toppings
