4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
1 large Lemo
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley

Instructions
- Prep the Scallops: Pat the scallops extremely dry and season with salt and pepper
- Heat the Pan: Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over high heat with olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter
- Sear the Scallops: Place the scallops in the hot pan, ensuring they are not overcrowded, and sear for 1.5 to 2 minutes without moving them
- Flip and Finish: Flip the scallops, add remaining butter and minced garlic, and cook for another 1 to 1.5 minutes while spooning the butter over them
- Add Lemon & Parsley: Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and parsley
- Serve Immediately: Transfer to plates and enjoy
