2 Large Eggs

1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs

1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
- Prepare the Zucchini: Wash and dry zucchini; cut into fry-like sticks
