Ingredients
1 pound Artisan Round Loaf or Sourdough
½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
4–6 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
½ teaspoon Salt
1 jar (24-ounce) Marinara Dipping Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Slice the bread in a grid pattern, ensuring not to cut through the bottom crust
- Melt the butter in a bowl and mix with minced garlic, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, and salt
- Brush the garlic butter mixture into the cuts of the bread
- Stuff the slits with mozzarella and parmesan cheese
- Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 20 minutes
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly
- Warm the marinara sauce while the bread is finishing baking
