Sheet Pan Beef Nachos Supreme is a quick and satisfying meal featuring ground beef, tortilla chips, and two types of cheese, topped with fresh ingredients for a flavorful experience.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 lean)
1 large bag (13–16 oz) Tortilla Chips (sturdy)
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1 packet (1 oz) Taco Seasoning
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup Salsa (for topping)
1/2 cup Sour Cream (for topping)
1/4 cup Jalapeños, sliced (fresh or pickled)
1/4 cup Red Onion, diced
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup Black Olives, sliced
1 whole Avocado, diced (optional)
2–3 Lime wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, break it up as it cooks, and drain any excess grease
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and about 1/4 cup of water, simmer for 2-3 minutes until the beef is well coated
  4. Spread half of the tortilla chips in a single layer on the baking sheet
  5. Sprinkle half of the seasoned ground beef evenly over the chips, followed by half of the shredded cheeses
  6. Add the remaining tortilla chips on top and distribute the rest of the beef and cheese
  7. Bake in the oven for 8-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly
  8. Remove from the oven and top with salsa, sour cream, jalapeños, red onion, olives, and cilantro, along with optional avocado and lime

Notes

Use sturdy, restaurant-style tortilla chips for best results.

Preheat your empty sheet pan for extra crispiness.

Add fresh toppings after baking to maintain their flavor and texture.
