Slow Cooker Turkey Chili is a healthy, hearty dish that's easy to prepare with minimal effort. Just dump the ingredients in, let the slow cooker do the work, and enjoy a flavorful and satisfying meal perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs Ground Turkey
1 large Yellow Onion, finely chopped
2 Bell Peppers, diced
3–4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 (28 oz) can Diced Tomatoes, undrained
1 (15 oz) can Crushed Tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz) can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup Chicken Broth, low sodium
3 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Cumi
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Dried Oregano
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper (or more)
1 tsp Salt, to taste
½ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Brown the Ground Turkey in a skillet over medium-high heat, then drai
- Sauté the Yellow Onion and Bell Peppers in the same skillet until softened, then stir in the Garlic
- Combine all prepared ingredients in the slow cooker, including canned goods and spices
- Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours
- Once cooked, taste and adjust seasonings as needed before serving

Optional toppings include shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, cilantro, or cornbread.
