Ingredients
3 sheets Frozen Puff Pastry
250g Fresh Baby Spinach
500g Ricotta Cheese
100g Feta Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 large Egg
2 cloves Garlic
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 large Egg (for wash)
2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper
- Wilt spinach in a pan with a splash of water for about two minutes, then squeeze out moisture and chop finely
- In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, ricotta, crumbled feta, grated parmesan, minced garlic, beaten egg, and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper
- Roll puff pastry sheets into rectangles, place filling in the center, and roll to seal
- Cut into smaller pieces, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brow
