Ingredients
lb ground beef
oz egg noodles
small onion, diced
cloves garlic, minced
can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
½ cup milk
tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, cooking until soft. Drain excess grease
- In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well
- Add the cooked pasta and beef mixture to the sauce. Stir until everything is evenly coated
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let it cool slightly before serving
