Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Transfer the chicken breasts to the crock pot.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch seasoning, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
  6. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
